# HOTĂRÎRE Nr. 34 din 28 ianuarie 1994 cu privire la indexarea, pe trimestrul I/1994, a salariului mediu brut de calcul pe baza căruia se stabileşte fondul de salarii pentru care nu se plăteşte impozit suplimentar în cazul societăţilor comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat şi al regiilor autonome la care salariile se stabilesc prin negociere, precum şi a salariilor pentru personalul din instituţiile publice
