# HOTĂRÎREA Nr. 299 din 23 iunie 1993 privind modul de stabilire a fondului de salarii pentru care societăţile comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat şi regiile autonome la care salariile se stabilesc prin negociere nu au obligaţia sa plătească impozit suplimentar, în temeiul art. 6 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 1/1993
